About Me
A Unique Ability
As a highly intuitive and empathic person, I am able to help you more deeply connect with your experiences, understand them and find the parts of you hidden or neglected, that guides you like an invisible hand, and could be sabotaging your efforts.
I am an ally, partner and guide. An expert at seeing the whole person, sources of conflict and confusion. I provide a judgement free space and can reflect back to you what's hidden or holding you back, so you can make sense of your experience and find the RIGHT path forward.
I am deeply aware of the human condition and am very sensitive to the challenges of real personal growth and awareness, the fear, vulnerability and confusion that can keep us trapped and going in circles.
Real-World Experience
I have 10+ years experience as a coach and mentor, working within corporations and independently, acknowledged by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification, recognized as the gold standard for independent international coach certification, representing a minimum of 500 hours of actual coaching, 120+ hours of coach training, mentor hours and a proctored knowledge exam.
I bring 25 years experience in technology at Fortune 500 companies including Meta, Airbnb, Linkedin and Cisco Systems, spanning many different roles including Engineer, Sr. Operations Manager, Sr Program Manager and Chief of Staff across Support, Product, Operations and Design organizations, in each, focused on bringing people together, and building up process, to solve complex novel or intractable challenges. (Linkedin profile)
I have worked with many different people, companies and cultures around the world, have travelled extensively in the United States visiting about half of the states (see some roadtrip pics below), was born in California and lived in Silicon Valley for 21 years.
